Directors
John and Lisanne Walker serve as co-owners of Kingdom Force Academy, where they espouse a fervent belief in the intrinsic worth of education and the imperative of establishing a conducive, socially and emotionally enriching, and creatively stimulating milieu for children of diverse age groups. John’s extensive 21-year tenure in the United States Army, complemented by his ongoing engagement in contractual work on a military base, is matched by Lisanne’s pedagogical vocation, which commenced in 2016 and embodies her unwavering commitment to instruction within both public and private educational institutions.
Denene Humphrey-Smith, a co-collaborator of Kingdom Force Academy, is a compassionate and experienced educator with a natural affinity for nurturing and guiding children and youth. Her unwavering commitment to their development is evident in her ongoing pursuit of further education in management. In addition, she wholeheartedly embraces the PrisTeen blog and fashion, aiming to inspire and empower girls and women through thoughtful and stylish content.
Staff
Reverend Lisanne has a strong academic background, having majored in English with a concentration in writing. She is a highly accomplished individual, having received several awards for public speaking with Toastmasters, for her educational achievements, and for her dedicated service to the community over the years. Due to her deep passion for education, she dedicated herself to teaching English and an elective class at KFA, where she was able to share her knowledge and inspire young minds.
Jim Crossman – Head of Instruction
Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in Physics from The University of Mary Washington. He worked for Dominion Energy at the North Anna Nuclear Power Electric Generation plant for 39 years. During the latter years of his career, he trained operators to operate the reactors, including math and science knowledge, in his position as Senior Nuclear Instructor. Before working at Kingdom Force, Jim worked with high school students for a Virginia school district.
Mr. Crossman has spent 40 years working with students and young adults in the various churches he has attended in the Fredericksburg area.
India Blakely is a Mental Health Therapist with a growing practice in Illinois and Colorado. She possesses a doctorate in education, a master’s degree in Counseling, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. For over 20 years, she used this education to serve youth and families, developing social and educational programs in one of United States’ largest townships. It is this unique combination of education and experience that informs her current passion of partnering to help individuals, families, and couples to prosper in their souls.

Mrs. Wilson is a motivated team leader with 40+ years of experience in customer service. Her years as a parent, nurse, entrepreneur and ministry leader have fueled her desire to help empower our next generation toward educational excellence. She works diligently to promote our STEAM-H and interactive programs and truly enjoys seeing how our students progress.
Board of Directors
Kingdom Force Academy consists of several board members who influence the direction of the school. The board meets four times a year to discuss school policy, direction and strategic plans, annual budget, setting tuition and salaries, and financial accountability.
